This is a video of Makenna playing Trumpet. She has her very own trumpet that her daddy gave her and she loves it. It's funny to watch her get her trumpet out of the case, put the mouthpiece on and start playing. She gets a really good sound out and always looks at Travis' sheet music like she knows whats on it. Usually, she has him drop the music stand down to her height so she can look at it while she plays. Oh so cute.
Sorry that it's so dark but we don't have very good lighting in that room. And ignore the mess in the background of all her toys scattered all over the floor;)

Yeah, she is so cute. She tries to be just like her daddy. She even buzzes the mouthpiece like he does. And it's so funny cause he never really gets to practice. She has to get her trumpet out and then they take turns. She says your turn, daddy and he plays. And then he says, your turn and she plays. It's oh so cute!!!
Makenna sounds better and has better tone than alot of teenage kids, playing in school bands. How old is she again, 2 going on 22? She is such a doll!

Makenna is such a DOLL! WOW she gets better every day...keep up the good work...Trav...she'll be great by the time school starts..Can't believe she is only 2....what a talent. Sounds like J.J. wants to get started, too. Good luck!
Well, the only way to get them through college will be scholarships so Trav better get on it;)
