It's a wiener!!

Added some more pics:) My scanner was being weird on me so there are a couple that scanned smaller than the others but o-well:) Everything looks great but I guess I have a small cyst in the placenta. But the ultrasound tech said it was nothing to worry about and it was good that it wasn't by the cord. My OB said we will just check it again in about six weeks just to make sure it doesn't grow. The placenta is also against my stomach and that is probably why I don't feel him as much.

He's already buff.....look at that muscle:)

Cute leg and foot. You can see the cyst in this pic. It's the dark circle right above his foot.

Spine, arm and hand

Another hot dog shot:) And a real good look at the cyst! I still can't believe we are having a boy!! It still doesn't seem real. I'm not really sure what I'm going to do with a boy and I'm definitely going to have to practice diaper changing:)

19 weeks

I am finally feeling pretty good the last few weeks. I have pretty much gotten over the nausea except a little in the morning until I eat and brushing my teeth. I gag every time:( But all in all, I can't complain;) I still get headaches but they are tolerable and I got a prescription if they get too bad. I also started feeling the baby a few days ago. I was starting to get worried since I should have felt it sooner after having two babies but I think this baby is just chilling! I only feel it when I'm laying down and mostly right before I go to sleep. It also seems like I've grown quite a bit just in the last two weeks. I still sleep on my tummy kinda but it's more of a side lying/on tummy sleep but it's still comfy at the moment. I don't think I could sleep straight on it. I just had a massage two weeks ago and I laid on my tummy just fine. What a difference a couple of weeks makes:) I'm still trying to bike ride and do weights as often as I can but not as often as I used to. The seat hurts my bum if I ride too often and those girls are heavy to pull:) Work is going ok too. We are going into the slow season so that will be nice to have a little break for a bit. My manager seems to make me come in just in case though which is really irritating to sit there doing nothing. I'm really trying to enjoy this pregnancy since I personally feel it will be our last:) Trav used to agree with me but I think he is waiting to see if we have a boy first to say it's our last. If it's a girl, maybe he can carry the next one:)

Thanksgiving

It's so nice to be so close to both of our families. We were able to see both of them in the same day and enjoy their company. The dinners were so yummy! Unfortunately, the girls gradually went downhill as the day went on.
At first I just thought they were tired from the turkey and they have been waking up earlier than they usually do. This is the first time in a long time that Makenna fell asleep during the day:)

And it was Jordyn's normal nap time so I just figured J.J. was tired as well.

Because even the dogs were out:)

But after we left my family and were at Travis', the girls were still pretty lethargic. This is Jordyn enjoying a back massage from her cousin Leslie:)

Makenna really wanted to play with her cousins but kept coming back to me and snuggling!! That's when I know she doesn't feel good. She gets good and cuddly:) As the night wore on, they both started to get fevers at the same time! I can't believe how fast it came on. They had been playing with their cousins just a couple of hours before that and they ended up with yucky colds!! We have been covered in snot and have had some rough nights the last few nights but at least they are both getting it over with at the same time!! We are crossing our fingers that it is at the end and that Trav or I don't get it either:)

Meeting Santa Claus

We took the girls to see Santa today. I wanted to take them before it got busy because it's so nice not to have to stand in any line! It was the first year that Makenna didn't cry! I was so proud of her! She told him what she wanted while Jordyn cried. Makenna was so sweet and told Santa what Jordyn wanted as well. She told him she wanted a Tinkerbell. This Santa was so nice!! He was a good guy to play it. Jordyn just might be traumatized:)

Can they really do that????

I think I know about politics more than the average person. I usually kept up with all the goings on until it got too much!! Maybe it was because I am pregnant and can't stand to hear how our government is screwing things up, but I couldn't pay as much attention anymore. I just wanted to bury my head in the sand like everyone else does. But my hubby told me something last night that really pisses me off!! The Senate voted last night to be able to 'debate' their health care bill. They needed all 60 votes from their democrats. One of them wasn't going to vote for it....Louisiana. So, what does our lovely leaders do??? Oh, they add a thing into the bill that gives Louisiana 300 million!!! They tried to be sly in a way.....they just said you had to have certain requirements. Requirements that only Louisiana meets!!! So literally they BOUGHT the Louisiana Senator's vote with our MONEY!!! Not that there wasn't enough money being put into it already!! How can they do this???? It enrages me that they can just buy votes like that and Senator Reid (our Senator) smiled as he did it!!! I can't wait until he gets voted out and kicked out!! At least he better! Because I can't stand these idiots anymore and I really don't understand how they are able to do stuff like this!!

Here we go for a third time:(

Makenna hurt her foot the other night! She was wrestling around with her sister and she fell off the couch with Jordyn falling right on her foot! We had her go to bed and were going to see how she felt in the morning. She still wouldn't really walk on it so I made her an appointment for that afternoon. She got a quick x-ray and although he couldn't see a definite break, he said it was probably a buckle fracture. That is what happened to her last year with her leg. We took her to the quick care and they said it wasn't broken but a few days later when we took her to the doctors, he could see the buckle. I guess it's hard to see until it has started to heal and you can see the new bone covering it. The doc said she should get a cast so it would heal faster since she was having a hard time walking on it and she freaked out. Remember this! It totally made me tear up watching it again and I felt so bad because I kept telling her that it doesn't hurt and the lady cut her on both sides of her leg. And of course the same nurse still works there. She literally had tears streaming down her face. The doctor said that he would take it off but she doesn't understand that. So, he gave us the alternative to give her a hard splint. I was all for it since we can take it off for baths and most importantly, we don't have to go back in and get it sawed off;) She keeps complaining that she wants it off but all I have to do is threaten her to take her to get a cast and she stops complaining right then;)
Here's my breakable cutie!!

Is it too early to nest??? :)

Travis and I spent pretty much the whole day yesterday cleaning and organizing. We were so tired but we couldn't stop once we got started. I just can't stand the house being messy right now! It drives me crazy. We even did a little Christmas shopping too. I took Jordyn while he took Makenna. I think I only need to get a few more things for Kenna but I really need to figure out what to get Jordyn. My goal was to be done by Thanksgiving. I don't know if I'm going to make it but I'm going to try to get as much done as possible. I've got all our siblings done so I just need to finish the girls and our parents. I want to be able to decorate the day after Thanksgiving and then just enjoy the season without all the craziness of shopping. I can't stand crowds and they really bother me now that I'm prego. Like really bad!! People can be so rude and inconsiderate. They will just stand in your way even though they know you need to get by! Ugh. We are also going to put more lights on outside. Travis got a bunch of lights after Christmas last year for a buck a box! So, I'm hoping to get an early start on that too so we can actually enjoy them for the whole time. We are also going to take our girls to Disneyland for Christmas. That will be part of their presents. I've been saving my tips since June specifically for Christmas and Disneyland. I'm so excited because the last time we went, Jordyn was 3 months old and didn't have a clue. But now she is so into Mickey and Minnie and all the princesses and everybody. And Makenna is just more into them since the last time too so we are really excited for them. I so love this time of year!!!

Trying to take prego pics:)

With every pregnancy, I have always wanted to take pics after each trimester and every pregnancy, time gets away from me. I say I will do it tomorrow and then tomorrow turns into next week and before I know it, I'm at the end of the next trimester. So, even though I'm a little late for the end of my first trimester, this will be it!! I think I did pooch out quite a bit in just the last two weeks too but o-well.
(All pics taken by Makenna)
16 weeks, 3 days

Unfortunately, I always get the snowman belly. There's always an indent in the middle;)

This is me trying to tell Makenna to lift up the camera so she doesn't cut off my head:) I posted this one because it made me look smaller for some reason. Looking at these pics made me realize how big I am:( In my head, I'm not that size yet! I can't believe that people still say I don't look pregnant yet??? I guess I just look frumpy:-)

St. George

We took a trip up to St. George to see my nieces play their soccer games! They both won and they are awesome!
Gianna and Arianna. Aren't they cuties? And the shorter one is actually the older one:)

Arianna about to score a goal! She had three goals that game.

Arianna

Of course my girls had to get in on it too. Jordyn kicking the ball around. She looks so little in this pic:)

Makenna trying her skills in Arianna's bright yellow shoes!

That sun was really bright! We all ended up getting a little red (especially Travis:)

Gianna is just to the right of the lady in the way of my picture taking.

Gianna....right in the middle with the X on the side of her shorts.

The girls having a sweet moment.

The girls having a silly moment.

Someone is getting tired but doesn't really fall asleep:)

We decided to drive up to Pine Valley since we were so close. We love to go camping here but it's usually in the summer. It's quite cold there now. It was so warm in St. George that I didn't think it would be that bad but it was!! We got some chicken and had some lunch and then walked around the lake.
I've seen people taking these pics of you walking away for some reason so I thought I would take one since I was walking behind everyone else. It's a little too far away though:)

My brother Danny (with Jordyn) and Travis

Some pretty pics....

Kenna needed a potty break so we found a tree:)

On the way home, we saw a bunch of wild turkeys!

And then a deer crossed right in front of my dad trying to catch up with his family so we got to stop and take a few pics.

It's kind of hard to see but the mom and dad are in the middle of this pic. You can see their white butts and the deer is just to the right trying to catch up.

Tons of cows.

And a beautiful sunset that I took while we were driving on the way home!! So pretty! We had a great time!!

Now, THAT'S a beautifully carved pumpkin!!!

What??? Oh, yeah! That's what we didn't get around to on Halloween!!! O-well...it's still a nice pumpkin:) Maybe it can just be my fall decoration! How long do they last when they aren't carved? :)

Our Halloween

Halloween was a crazy day this year. I thought it was going to be very relaxed with it being on Saturday but it was not to be;) It started out that way. I'm on the activities committee so I had to make cupcakes for the trunk or treat that night. I made cupcakes in my pj's and went to finally do my hair at noon. Right after I got a call that my brother needed help moving. We went over there to see what we could do in a couple of hours. I had to leave because Jordyn needed to get a nap in before the evening fun. I was starving by that time and had planned on making my grandma's potato soup. I was really tired at this point but I was already craving it so I went ahead and made it. My kitchen looked like it blew up by this time since it still had cupcake and cookie dishes still unwashed. I then frosted all the cupcakes and got them ready to go. I was going to drop some off to the ladies I visit teach too:) After that, I got the girls ready. I had to wake up Jordyn so she was not too happy. We were finally heading out the door when Makenna grabs the dish I had the cupcakes in and says, "I'll get them for you Mommy!!"......as she swings the whole dish upside down!! I freaked out and then felt so horrible because she was only trying to help. But we were literally so late already and now I had to fix all my cupcakes and try to salvage them. We got in the van and I had some other cupcakes on plates sitting on the floor where Makenna proceeds to drop her barbie case on top of!! At this point, I'm just throwing my hands in the air! I decided that it really didn't matter if they were smashed and it ended up not mattering since they ate them all before we even got back to the trunk or treat:) We also forgot their pumpkins (that matched their dresses) in the course of leaving and my camera!! We dropped off all the cupcakes and were finally off to Grandmas!! It is tradition that we go to Grandma's house on Halloween. We have done it for as long as I remember! She even makes donuts!! Yummy!
My sister's boys and my girls at Grandmas!

Cute little monkey!

Monkey Izaak loving on Great Grandma! I think that was the first time he saw her and he couldn't stop loving on her! It was so sweet!

We then went to our ward's trunk or treat (after stopping back at the house to get their pumpkins). I forgot my camera yet again so I have no pics of this. It was crazy because they had another ward there too so most people were out of candy by the time we got there. It's all good though because they have enough candy anyway;)
We then stopped by Trav's parents house and I asked her if she would take pics of the girls for me!! I think they looked absolutely adorable!! Plus, we didn't have to spend very much on their costumes. Makenna has had her dress for awhile and we just needed to get her crown and shoes. And Jordyn got her dress for her birthday! Yay for not spending any money!!

My darling little Tinkerbell (or he-bell according to J.J.)

The beautiful Sleeping Beauty!!!

Ugh!! Not a good pic but I don't post many of me so there it is! I think I was pretty wasted by this point!

The girls love playing the music on their clock and Jordyn kept wanting to dance!! So Hepa obliged her!

And so did Daddy!

And then Makenna had to get in on it too!

It wasn't the Halloween I was imagining but we still had a great time! I love my little girls! They were so beautiful! (And it was the perfect night to get an extra hour of sleep:)
