Play, Play, Play..........Crash

We played hard today and we are all tired. But thankfully, Makenna crashed and is snoozing away as I type. I just wish I could get J.J. to sleep at the same time;) It has been so beautiful lately that we have hit the park twice this week. I figured we had to do as much outdoors as we could before it got way too hot which happens very quickly here. So if we weren't at doctor's appointments this week, we were at the park.

This is Jordyn's play time and it's how we usually start the day. Jordyn loves her exersaucer and will play in there happily while I workout. She just twirls all around and plays with all the toys or just watches me and laughs at me jumping around.

This is her favorite toy. She is constantly trying to get that in her mouth. She's teething so she is chewing on everything lately, including me;)

Makenna is at a hard age where she feels like she is too big for the 'baby' slides but she is too small for the bigger slides. So I usually get up there with her. For some reason, the person that designed these things, put big gaping holes with a big drop right next to the slides. She can get up there easy enough but I'm always worried that she will fall through these open sections when she's not paying attention, which is often;) I don't mind. I get to be a big kid and it gives me some extra exercise.

And this is when we have played too much when we crash in our high chair. I had just finished feeding her cereal and I was rinsing off her little bowl. I turned back around and found this. She is just so stinking cute!!!

No kidding she came too close this morning! I thought she was going over! I think I got a few more grey hairs. Of course it has to be her favorite slide. She isn't afraid of anything. I'm just glad we got home safe and sound. Tired and hot but safe and sound.

Kids know no fears! Bella is Miss Danger-zone on those contraptions...and Miss Aube likes to do whatever her big sis does. I agree that they should have designed those things a little better!
I love it when they fall asleep from exhaustion! Way too cute...

Aww, how cute. Ever since we moved to a house with an acre of land, we don't go to the park much. Now that we have a new puppy, we may go more often.
