I just made an observation last night at work. If I talk to people at church and tell them that I want just one more baby, they will say, "just one more???" But if I tell people at work that I want one more, they will say, "you want ANOTHER one???" I keep getting these weird looks whenever I say I want three kids to people at work. They think I'm absolutely crazy. But then they always say...."oh you want to try one more time for a boy." Well, yeah, but at the same time, I would want one more even if I had one of each but I find myself agreeing with them. I just say, yeah, that's it. I want to try for that boy. Why do some people think that having more than two children is just an absolute crazy thing to do? Either way, I know what my heart desires;)

Live by the spirit and you can't go wrong. You have such cute babies it would be a sin not to have another one ot two if the spirit encourages you.
Yeah, it seems that less is more these days, unfortunately. But if you want 15 more babies, then you have 15 more babies!! They aren't seeing the REWARDS of bigger families!! :)
I have the opposite problem. When I say I'm done, everyone in the church tells me that I am too young, but the real world tells me they don't blame me. The other day my neighbor across the street brought over about to be expired McDonalds cookies since she knows I have "all of those kids". I have 3 kids and look like the old lady in the shoe with so many kids I don't know what to do in my neighbors eyes. ;)
I have a testimony that this post is true... *smile*
No, seriously, no matter what your family size ends up being most everyone has a comment for it. I've already experienced it more than I care to. =)
I LOVE that picture of you on the left, you look gorgeous!
Believe it or not, I've heard those same comments over the years from the same 'types' of people! I think they are just trying to be 'nice' and don't have a clue how. As you said, you know your heart as does Travis and you should have as many babies as you feel you can handle and love. Besides, love knows no bounds. They'll all be beautiful/handsome and welcome.
Oh phooey! I guess I'm a real nut then! Have two more!! They're beautiful and you are truly blessed!
after seeing the triple bunk beds in the store the other day, looks like we could fit six or nine kids in one bedroom.
People just never run out of opinions – and for some reason – they feel most comfortable spewing their opinions regarding other people’s very personal decisions. I have to play devil’s advocate though – I like to pick on people a lot – I’d probably say something similar (i.e. “you’re crazy!”), but I’d say that out of love – really! Coming from me – it’d be a comment of respect and awe, as I just don’t think I could manage multiple little ones . . . So – some of those comments could really just be people’s awe/respect coming out the wrong way. Know what I mean? Regardless of what other people say/think, you know what’s best for your family. Don’t let them bother you!!!
You're crazy, Cheree. In a good way
