Halloween was a crazy day this year. I thought it was going to be very relaxed with it being on Saturday but it was not to be;) It started out that way. I'm on the activities committee so I had to make cupcakes for the trunk or treat that night. I made cupcakes in my pj's and went to finally do my hair at noon. Right after I got a call that my brother needed help moving. We went over there to see what we could do in a couple of hours. I had to leave because Jordyn needed to get a nap in before the evening fun. I was starving by that time and had planned on making my grandma's potato soup. I was really tired at this point but I was already craving it so I went ahead and made it. My kitchen looked like it blew up by this time since it still had cupcake and cookie dishes still unwashed. I then frosted all the cupcakes and got them ready to go. I was going to drop some off to the ladies I visit teach too:) After that, I got the girls ready. I had to wake up Jordyn so she was not too happy. We were finally heading out the door when Makenna grabs the dish I had the cupcakes in and says, "I'll get them for you Mommy!!"......as she swings the whole dish upside down!! I freaked out and then felt so horrible because she was only trying to help. But we were literally so late already and now I had to fix all my cupcakes and try to salvage them. We got in the van and I had some other cupcakes on plates sitting on the floor where Makenna proceeds to drop her barbie case on top of!! At this point, I'm just throwing my hands in the air! I decided that it really didn't matter if they were smashed and it ended up not mattering since they ate them all before we even got back to the trunk or treat:) We also forgot their pumpkins (that matched their dresses) in the course of leaving and my camera!! We dropped off all the cupcakes and were finally off to Grandmas!! It is tradition that we go to Grandma's house on Halloween. We have done it for as long as I remember! She even makes donuts!! Yummy!
My sister's boys and my girls at Grandmas!
Cute little monkey!
Monkey Izaak loving on Great Grandma! I think that was the first time he saw her and he couldn't stop loving on her! It was so sweet!

We then went to our ward's trunk or treat (after stopping back at the house to get their pumpkins). I forgot my camera yet again so I have no pics of this. It was crazy because they had another ward there too so most people were out of candy by the time we got there. It's all good though because they have enough candy anyway;)

My darling little Tinkerbell (or he-bell according to J.J.)

Talk about cute Grandbabies! That is definitely a traditional Halloween picture. We line them all up on the couch and hope for a descent picture. Next year we will have one more in the line up.
awww, they are so sweet!
