We spent two hours last Sunday at quick care because Makenna hurt her leg and we weren't sure if it was broken or not. The x-rays showed that it wasn't broken but she wouldn't walk it on it all week. The weird thing is she will crawl all over on it but she just won't put weight on it. So since she wasn't walking on it, Travis took her to the doctors again to see what was going on. I didn't hear anything from him and next thing I know they are walking through the door and all I see is pink!!! Makenna has a big smile on her face and says, "It's hot pink like the princesses!" She keeps telling everyone that I jumped on her leg which is not true but I think she gets a kick out of saying that. Her leg isn't broken but the doctor figured it's either a bone bruise or just a little crack that doesn't show up on the x-ray. He figured that either way, it might be easier for it to heal if she had a cast on it so she doesn't bang it on something and keeps it stabilized. At least it's not really broken and only has to have it on for a week and a half!! Or at least that is when our next doctor's appointment is;) She sure looks cute though!!

She seems to be enjoying it more this time. So dang cute. A week and a half is'nt too bad. Poor Travis broke his leg and then he got chicken pox at this same time. I think he wins.
OH my gosh, that is one cute girl!! That hot pink looks good on her!!! So sorry that it turned out to be something more, though :(. That younger picture of her is absolutely adorable, too!!!
Aww punkin! That stinks, but she sure seems pleased with her pink cast!
