Makenna had to give her very first talk in Primary today. Or should I say that I had to give her first talk in Primary today. The girl would not say a word!!! I thought this might happen since I had to give her scripture and prayer a little while ago but we practiced her talk over and over. She had it pretty much memorized and held up the pictures at the right times. I had hopes!! But my princess unfortunately has my genes! Heck, I got nervous giving HER talk in front of four year olds!!! You would think that I would be a little better by now;) Anyway, I just wanted to document her first talk. It was about eternal families and luckily Travis recorded her doing it the night before;)
I forgot to take a pic until it was after church and her 'pretty' was taken out so excuse the hair;)

She looks beautiful! Sorry for giving you that gene. Although you probably got a double dose because your dad gets nervous too. Ken did a perfect job when she gave her talk to Papa and I.
Yay Makenna!! Good for her! And she's only what? A Sunbeam? She'll be giving awesome talks by herself in no time!! :) Bella's last talk consisted of the 4 of us there in front of anyone giving the talk in a 'group discussion' sort of way! lol.
