I love this time of year. The weather starts to get cooler. The holidays are around the corner. And of course, football is on!! I told Travis that I got a bunch of snacks for the games and he looks at me and says, "Are you a dude?" What? So I like sports!! Soooo!! Makenna came to my defense and said, "Daddy, Mommy is not a dude!!" Thanks Kenna bear!! Is it bad for a chic to love to watch sports??? Is it bad that I wanted to go to a San Francisco 49ers game for our honeymoon? I'm thinking not!! I just hope this season is better for the 49ers than the last couple. It just hasn't been the same since Steve Young retired!! *Sigh*

i'm right there with you. i didn't think that there were any more 49ers fans out there. i hate just about every sport that's out there...except for football. when i use to do cocktails steve young and his wife came in and i got to serve them.(non-acholic drinks, of course) i've never been so star strucken in my life. i meet quite a few celebs. but meeting him threw me off. GO 49ERS
I am thinking that it might be genetic. I have always been right there with you with the 49ers. Actually in our family we were the only 49er fans. We had to compete with a Cowboy fan and a Rams fan. We only went to one game together, and Danny and Joe were for the Jets, but the 49ers ran down the whole field for a touchdown, in the last seconds. GO 49ERS!
SAME HERE!!! I only watched the 49ers because of steve young! I MEAN WHO WOULDN'T!! soooo needless to say, I havent been backin the 49ers up for like oh i don't know like FOREVER!!! it sure seems like it though!! pro-football isnt the same like it use to be...i've been more into college football than the pros! its just more exciting! and genuine! GO DUCKS!!!! ;)
hehe...one sport I can never get into is football! I can even watch HOCKEY! But to each his/her own...and if you have good snacks, can't get better than that!!!
Mom,that was THE best game to go see!!It was amazing! I think Danny and Joe were just cheering for the Jets to tick us off. I think they are closet 49er fans;)
And how cool is that Bernice!! I'm so jealous!! I would love to meet Steve Young! Unfortunately, Mr. Smith doesn't look like he is going to be as good as Steve!! We aren't off to a good start for the season;(
Don't give up on them yet. They have to turn it around sometime. At least the Rams are just as bad. So Joe can't gloat. I think that lady next to us at the game, Jets fan, was even more annoying than Danny and Joe. At least we won. It made the trip more exciting.
You should switch teams and root for the Cowboys.
