Rough night:(

So, I've decided that it's not so much fun sometimes when babies learn new things;) Jordyn woke up 20 minutes after I put her down for her morning nap yesterday and this is how I found her. She ended up on the whole other side of her crib, face down with her arm hanging out.

By this time, I'm sure she was getting ticked off because I was taking pictures and not picking her up.
That night I was up with her every two hours. She would wake up right when I had finally fallen asleep. I hope she moves through this phase FAST!!

Aww!! Poor Jordyn...she's like, ok MOM, thats enough!
You need to get yourself some bumper pads...that way she's not banging her head when she rolls over...maybe that would help with the waking up.

Yup...I agree with Sarah...bumper pads! She wouldn't bump her head and I think she is old enough not to worry about 'smothering' her. But, you do what you think best....she is so darn cute!! Just can't help smiling when I see her (and Kenna's) pictures. What a precious little doll!!!

They have bumper pads that they can breathe through now. That way you wouldn't have to worry about her getting smothered in it and her little arms and legs wouldn't get caught either. She did have a look on her face like what the heck, pick me up! She is such a little doll.

Thanks Bernice! Your blog looks awesome too.
I'm going to have to look into those breathable bumper pads. She's not bumping her head yet. She just hangs her arms and legs out of the crib. She needs to get moving more before I feel comfortable with putting something in there. It's like she gets rolled over and won't roll back the other way but I know she can roll both ways. She's a silly girlÜ And I have to agree. She's a total doll face.

She is a cutie pie. I would have been taking pictures too. They are pretty safe with bumpers if you keep them tied tightly. It's when they can use the bumper as a booster to climb out that bugs me.
