Just call her Penny;)

My sweet Makenna loves to act things out. She has been Sleeping Beauty since Christmas but ever since Bolt came out on dvd, she has had a new passion lately. She loves Penny and the other day, she dressed up just like her with tights and a bike helmet and rode around on her scooter. Then she ended up on the couch like this. If you've seen Bolt, you will recognize this as one of the last scenes in the movie where Bolt is laying on her tummy. She is so funny and keeps me smiling;)

Then of course, J.J. had to get involved too and a blanket got added. So cute;)

Bolt!!

We went to see the movie 'Bolt' a couple of weeks ago with Grandma and Papa!! I wanted to let Makenna have some time out by herself so her other Grandma watched J.J. for us!! It was so fun. The last time I took her to a movie was to see Horton on her birthday. So, the first thing she says when we walk in was, "Yay, I want to see Horton!!" It was so funny. Then when we got into the theatre, she said, "Wow, that's a BIG tv!" She is such a ham;) She absolutely loved it and was crying when we got home because she wanted to bring the movie home with us. She couldn't figure out why we couldn't. We had to explain to her all night that we would have to wait until they made it for little tv's like ours. I can't wait to give her Horton for Christmas;)

And I just had to add a funny comment from my kiddo. She was watching Shrek and all of a sudden she says, "He tooted in the bathtub!!! He needs to say excuse me!"
