The girls had a dentist appointment today. Makenna was so excited to go! Jordyn didn't understand:)
This was the first time that Makenna didn't mind them taking x-rays. She didn't want anything to do with it last year. She also let the dentist check out her teeth with no problem. I'm very proud of my big girl! Unfortunately, she has two cavities because her teeth are so close and we haven't been good about flossing:( She has to go back to get them fixed and while they are at it, she will get a cleaning. She has to get some medicine to make her sleepy beforehand and then some laughing gas. I know she will do well but it still makes me a little worried!
Jordyn was excited to sit in the chair like her sister but wasn't as enthused when the dentist wanted to get into her mouth. She wasn't having it:) She had to sit in her Daddy's lap with her head in the dentist's lap while he checked her teeth. She cried but ended up doing ok.

She will do fine on the gas! Bella had to get a cavity done and was on the gas and she was hilarious afterwards!
What a difference a year makes. Makenna was crying last time. I am glad she was such a good example for Jordyn to follow. It is scary.
